The holiday season is also starting for the royal family, their  favorite hangout is the Palace Marivent which is situated in Cala  Mayor , a popular holiday beach resort for vacationers. The playground for the grandchildren of the King and Queen of Spain is the Royal Marina Cala Nova in San  Agustin, just a short walk from the Palace.

Cala Nova was built  in the time the children of the King and Queen were still young  and was a safe haven for them to learn their  sailing skills.  At this time of year it is a familiar site to see the press photographers “royal watching”

About the marina Cala Nova:

Marina Cala Nova  is located in the Bay of Palma, between the beaches of  Illetas and Cala Mayor  just 15  minutes from the Centre of Palma de Mallorca. The airport is less then half and hour . Most of the 200 berth are occupied by the old Mallorquin families.
